Take a shirt company for example.  There  are  thousands of shirt companies in America alone, and if you want to start a shirt company, yours must stand out from the others to sell shirts. I chose this because I did a test a couple days ag o , and I  performed  better w ith  a team. Having a team also takes stress  off of  the project, which will make me perform better at my responsibilities for this portfolio.  This article also states that working with a team who can be creative will boost  team   performance.
